Faculty, staff and students are encouraged to stop by the Student Rec. Center from 3-5 p.m. on Friday (Sept. 10) for a free body composition assessment. Body composition (includes total body weight, body fat percentage, BMI, basal metabolic rate, fat free mass and total body water levels) will be assessed using Tanita Bioelectrical Impedance Scale and our certified trainers will explain the results.
Following our Blue Fitness Assessment model, participants will work with our nationally accredited personal trainers to measure various body composition benchmarks such as BMI and total body water composition.
